In recent years, Mexico City has become an international epicentre for contemporary culture. The development within the business, creative, environmental, and luxury sectors has turned the Mexican capital into a global metropolitan force.

Following its success in key cities around the world, and in honour of the spectacular cultural moment Mexico is going through, Liberatum is launching an annual international leadership summit and festival of culture in Mexico City from 15-18 March 2018. This momentous event will provide an impactful platform where some of the finest minds in the world will come together to collaborate on a compelling and original programme with their Mexican counterparts open to the general public.

Liberatum Mexico will take place during three days, featuring live events – conferences, panels, talks, debates, performances, workshops, screenings, exhibitions, etc. – in several venues around the city, and complemented by an evening programme of celebratory parties, incredible moments, special events, and the Liberatum Cultural Honour Gala.

An immersive film work with live performance, Traveling Lady stars iconic Spanish actress Rossy de Palma as the title character, an ever-morphing figure on a long journey—both physical and psychological, earthly and cosmic—of self-discovery. Presented in October at the Crossing the Line festival in New York and in November at the New Settings festival at the Théâtre de la Cité Internationale, Paris. Most recently, Traveling Lady took place at the Soluna International Music & Arts Festival in Dallas, TX in 2017. Directed by Jessica Mitrani.
